He Wants Blood: Warfighters, Not Crimefighters
Armed troops. Combat pistols. A federal order loosening open-carry enforcement. The danger isn’t coming — it’s here.
The Gist: The National Guard is deployed in D.C. carrying combat-ready M17 pistols with unknown ammunition. At the same time, federal prosecutors have eased enforcement on open-carry restrictions, creating the conditions for flashpoints between armed troops and potentially armed citizens.
The danger isn’t coming — it’s here.
M17 combat pistols. WTHAF?
The National Guard is carrying sidearms designed for warfighting, not policing. We still don’t know which rounds they’ve been issued — full‑metal jacket or hollow‑point — but either way, the lethality on the streets has changed.
If you were waiting for a warning sign, we’re past that.
The warnings are over. The danger is here.
The danger isn’t coming — it’s here.
This is the country we live in now.
If you’ve been wondering when the moment came — the point where autocracy stops creeping and starts marching — that moment is here.
It’s now.
Weapons of War, Not Crowd Control
The M17 isn’t just another sidearm — it’s a combat pistol designed for the battlefield.
FMJ rounds (most likely issued) → Tear through drywall, cars, and sometimes people. Collateral risk skyrockets in crowds.
Hollow-points (possible) → Expand on impact, causing massive internal damage, fewer exit wounds, higher lethality up close.
Either way, these aren’t symbolic weapons. They change the entire posture of D.C.’s streets.
Pirro’s Directive: The Door Just Opened
Then came Jeanine Pirro’s federal directive:
Prosecutors will no longer seek felony charges for citizens openly carrying rifles or shotguns in D.C., even though local laws still ban it.
This hasn’t led to crowds of armed citizens yet.
But now? The barrier’s gone.
Some will test law enforcement — daring officers to act.
Some will carry in protest against what they see as occupation.
Others will arm themselves out of fear, trying to protect their families.
Combine that with armed National Guard troops, and we’re setting up the perfect conditions for flashpoints.
We Are Inside the Danger
This isn’t hypothetical.
This isn’t distant.
This is happening right now.
We are watching the militarization of public space collide with relaxed enforcement — in a city where distrust is already high, tension already sharp, and armed confrontation one misunderstanding away.
The Warnings Are Over. The Danger Is Here.
This isn’t about “sounding the alarm” anymore.
The alarm already went off — and too many ignored it.
We are inside the danger now.
That means silence is no longer neutral.
Silence is compliance.

Connect with others. Build networks online and offline so stories can’t be buried.
Refuse to look away. That’s what they’re counting on.
Show up. Town halls. School board meetings. Local government meetings. Protests.
Make your voice impossible to ignore. Local action fuels national change.
Let me share with you what I’ve always had to tell myself:
“Get up, America. No one’s coming to save you.”
We can’t afford to wait for someone else to do it.
We can’t assume “someone bigger” is going to step in.
The reality is simple: it’s us, or it’s nobody.
This is the country we live in now — and it only changes if we make it change.
Because if we stay silent, this becomes the new normal.
